He is survived by: his mother Charlene Hammonds; his sons, Reverend Brenton Lively (Amy) and Derek Lively; and his siblings, Patricia Hampton (Shannon), Henry Hammonds, Jr. (Julie), Judy Gluck (Greg), Maggie Mills, Nancy Harris (Brent), John Hammonds (Noma), James Hammonds (Cyndi), Etta Thomas (Josh) and Becky Hammonds. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
