He was predeceased by: his parents, Eula Angeline Woods Helton and Otha Helton. He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Frith; his daughter Miranda Snow Moore-Payne; and his siblings, James Helton (Jane) of Verda, Evarts of Verda, Bill Helton (Brenda) of Verda, Pineville of Verda, Charles "Byrd" Helton of Verda, Kathy Jones (Tim), Harlan, Mary Sue Black (Tommy), Keokee, Ellen Worthington (Roy), Darlene Hartford (David) and Lynch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other family and friends.
