He was predeceased by: his father Harmie Holbrook; and his grandparents, Henson, Ethel Holbrook and Feby Branman. He is survived by: his mother Alice Lively; his girlfriend Stephanie Hubbard; his children, Varick, Damian Holbrook and Christian Holbrook; his siblings, Harmie "Joey" Holbrook (Crystal Day), David Holbrook (Harley Caudill), Dustin Holbrook, Jennifer Gilbert (Eric) and Rebecca Holbrook (Daniel Barnette); and his grandchild Avery Holbrook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
