He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Charles Spurlock, Sr.; his sister Gwen Spurlock; his son Joey Leslie; and his grandson Tommy Leslie.
He is survived by: his wife Oneda Spurlock of Loyall; his daughter Christie Hale (Alex) of Wallins; his siblings, Eugene Spurlock (Sharon) of Harrogate, TN, Edith Helton (Bruce) of Cumberland and Kenneth Spurlock (Roseann) of Sharps Chapel, TN; his grandchildren, Misty Hatfield (Paul), Michael Smith (Autumn), Sara Beth Hatfield (Josh), Kaylee Leslie and Timothy Leslie; and his great grandchildren, William, Alex, Lura, Denver, Leighton, Talon and Isaac. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cherished friends.
