He is survived by: his wife Wanda Foley Ison; his daughters, Megan Ison and Cayla Ison Mattingly (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jaydon Middleton, Tryndon Simpson and Neveah Epperson; and his siblings, Talmadge Jack Ison (Iva Lou), Herman Smith, Matthew Smith, Marvin Smith, Kannie Gross (Paul) and Tammy Johnson (Tim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
