He is survived by: his grandparents, Regina, John Arvin, Kathy Carter and Stephen Lewis (Pam); his great-grandparents, Jewel, William Maton, Susie Lewis and Doug Carter; his uncles, Lauren (Matthew Short), Brooke (Cam Smith), Sydney Horton, Taylor (Nick Brooks) and Hayleigh Downs; and his cousins, Kholten, Kyleigh Plummer, Kameron Short, Aspen, Nova Smith and Avery Farmer.
