She was predeceased by: her parents, Byrd Blanton and Lucinda Blanton; her daughter Tina Noe; her grandchildren, C. J. Noe and Hailey Noe; her siblings, Harry Blanton, Lena Hensley, Berdina Hensley, Mary Mulligan and Sherry Smith; and her son-in-law Scott Powell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Hazel Colinger of Harlan, Haysetta Powell of Dayton, OH and Randi Rouse of Florence, KY; and her siblings, Jack Blanton, Wilma Jean Gibson, Gail Schrader and Debbie Holets. She is also survived by Seven Grandchildren; Eight Great Grandchildren.
