She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo York, Sr. and Opal Sandlin York; and her brother Larry York. She is survived by: her son Robbie Burns (Teana) of Harlan; her siblings, Steve York of Harlan, Alonzo York, Jr. of Crystal River, FL and Judy York of Ashland; her grandson Corey Burns (Sarah Beth) of Danville; and her close friend Jerri Hobbs.
