She is survived by: her mother Thelma Simpson; her son Erik Morales of Harlan, KY; her stepchildren, Fidel Morales (Deanna) of Tremont, KY, Christy Irvin (Chris) of London, KY and Tony Morales (Angie) of Corbin, KY; her siblings, Patty Underwood (Scotty) of Lampasas, TX, Carol Sparks (Eddie) of Evarts, KY, Jack Simpson (Patty) of Sawbriar, KY, Beth Halstead (Josh) of Hendersonville, TN, Johnny Simpson of Harlan, KY and Robert Simpson (April) of Wallins, KY.; her grandchildren, Keonna and Adaleigh Morales of Kenvir; her stepgrandchildren, Jasmine Morales, Kayla, Jared Ellison, Dakota and Tiffany Irvin; her friend Jessica Grace Farley; her close friend Linda Hatfield; and her granddaughter Rachel Kelly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
