He was predeceased by: his father Robert Fee, Sr.; and his grandparents, Arbin Shepherd, Dora Shepherd, Boyd Fee and Martha Fee.

He is survived by: his wife Darlena Hammons Fee of Harlan; his mother Elsie Shepherd Fee of Harlan; his children, Katrina Enlow (Deven), Mary Beth Gajos of Wallins, Arbin Boyd, Fee, Jr. and Nikki Hammons of Harlan; his brother Robert Fee, Jr.; his wife Debi Fee of Corbin; his grandchildren, Gavin Enlow, Whitney Teague, Kelsie Gajos, Andrew Arbin Fee, Dominick Hammons and Kelani Fee; and also Randall Fee.
