She was predeceased by: her parents, Berry Middleton and Ollie Noe Middleton; and her siblings, Arthur Lee Middleton, Claude Eugene Middleton, Reba June Wilson and Marguerite Etta Middleton.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Lee Stines, Jr. (Priscilla), Shirley Clark (Tommy) and Susan Witt; her brother Bobby Clark Middleton (Shirley); her grandchildren, Billy O'Neil Witt, III (Stacy), Leesa Jo Rania Williams (David), William Todd Clark (Erin), Christopher Lee Clark (Kimberly) and Rebecca Ann McQueen (Clint); her great grandchildren, Keila Martinez, Cassie Lorene Witt, Josie Lee Williams, Taylor Rose Clark, Gavin Taylor McQueen, Gunnar Kent Williams and Dylan Jade McQueen; and her pet Twiggy.
