She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Clinton Perkins and Alma Lile Perkins; her husband Rev. Louis Glenn Sanders; her sister Marie Karnes; and her close friend Charlie Sturgeon.
She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Rigdon (Stanley) of Munfordville, KY, Sheri Smith (David "Blue"), Sheila Mefford (Terry), Waynes Sanders of Louisville, KY and Mickey Sanders of Bowling Green, KY; her close friend Hubert "Wink" Goodman of Wax, KY; and her grandchildren, Alicia Walker (Ryan), Jonathan Ridgon, Christopher Wooten, Samantha Jenkins (Wesley), Alex Mefford (Bethany), Parker Mefford, Tiffany Sanders (Nicole) and Chase Garrison. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
