He was predeceased by: his parents, Manley Towles and Lizzie Bell Shelton Towles; his wife Georgia Stinson Towles; and his sisters, Naomi Wooten, Wilma Miller and Jean Benningfield.
He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda O'Dell of Hardyville and Marilyn Thomas of Frankfort. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home (50 Main St, Munfordville, KY 42765). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
