He is survived by: his children, Sherry Senn (Hunter) of Glasgow and Thomas Poynter of Hardyville; his grandson Chandler Poynter; his brother Ricky Poynter (Debbie); and his nieces and nephews, Bradley Poynter (Ashley), Wesley Poynter (Ashley), Patrick Poynter (Beth) and Reanna Poynter.
