He is survived by: his father Matthew Theodore Jaco; his spouse Mary; his daughter Emily Gognat; his stepdaughters, Courtney Loney (Austin), Bobbi Jo Lyons and Elizabeth Lyons; his grandchildren, Mykayla, Aleaha and Nova; his stepgrandchildren, Mark, Kevin, Catharine, Marie and Spencer; his mother Jere Jaco; and his brother Matthew Jaco (Geneva). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
