He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Tinberg, Diana Mark and Jack Tinberg; his wife Mary; his children, Truman Eugene Duncan (Rita), Therese Ellen Slattery (Jim) and Alicia Mae Powell (Brian); his grandchildren, Will Duncan, Allison Ogle and Madeline Beatty; and his great grandchild Mason Duncan.
