He is survived by: his mother Sarah Ann Allen Napier of Hardshell, Kentucky; his wife Gail Noble Napier of Clayhole, Kentucky; his children, Cleve Napier (Ann) of California and Florence Ann Chapman (Waylon) of Jackson, Kentucky; and his sisters, Ruphena Napier of Rowdy, Hazel Hudson of Clayhole, Georgenia Napier of Knoxville and Katherine Ivey (Michael) of Seymour, Tennessee. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
