She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard "Buck" and Pearl Katherine Duncan; and her siblings, Charles W. Duncan, Anna Peterson, Mary K. Payton and Lula Mae Terrell.
She is survived by: her children, Shaun Simpson (Lisa), Daltonia Duncan of Hardinsburg, KY and Tera Robertson of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Raven, Telia Perks of Louisville, KY, Dylan Simpson of Hardinsburg, KY and Kaitlyn Simpson of Irvington, KY; and her siblings, Margaret Mucker of Hardinsburg, KY, Leonard Duncan, Jr. (Jonnie) of Irvington, KY, Marvin Duncan (Thurman), Rev. James Duncan (Joyce) and Gerald Duncan (Anita) of Hardinsburg, KY.
