He is survived by: his children, Kelly Lee Swink (Darla), Kevin Dean Swink (Stacy) and Kristyna Louise Swink; his siblings, Joy Knott (Doug), Linda Brown, Darlene Ziebart (Brian), Rob Swink (Vicky) and Donnie Swink (Mary Jo); and his grandchildren, Deanna Swink and Josh Swink.
