He is survived by: his children, Sandra Peterson (Ricky) of Vine Grove, KY, Danny Smallwood (Joyce) and Kevin Smallwood of Hardinsburg, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren Several brothers and sisters.
