She was predeceased by: her parent Hubert Stinnett; her husband Bill Decker; her grandson John Douglas Decker; and her siblings, Hubert Stinnett, Jr., Emma Sandefur and Carrie Placek.
She is survived by: her parent Bettie Lee Claycomb Stinnett.
