She was predeceased by: her parents, Vol Duke and Janie Mae Smith Duke; her husband Charles; her children, Eddie and Mary Ann; her great great grandchild Jonah David Hunt; and her siblings, Geneva Phillips, Jean Brink, James, Morris, Lowell Eugene, Heyburt, Frank and Isaiah Duke.
She is survived by: her children, David Fuqua of Madrid, KY and Jeanette Hunt of Hardinsburg, KY.; her grandchildren, Richard, Rodney Hunt, Lisa and Lori Fuqua; her great grandchildren, Jason, Rianna and Chloe; and her sisters, Margaret Taylor of Lewisport, KY, Vina Louise Ziakas of Louisville, KY and Delois Ray of Cloverport, KY..
