She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kessinger and Edith Goins Kessinger; her husband Winfred Elsworth Frakes, Sr.; and her brothers, Leroy and David Kessinger.
She is survived by: her son Winfred Frakes, Jr.; and her brothers, Windell L. Kessinger (Judy) and Earl W. Kessinger (Susie). She is also survived by her family and loved taking care of her cats and dogs.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hager Funeral Home (633 Bland St, Brandenburg, KY 40108). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hager Funeral Home to aid the family with expenses.
