She is survived by: her son Chuck Gentry (Karen) of Custer, KY.; her brother Phillip Dowell (Anna Margaret) of Hardinsburg, KY.; her grandchildren, Ellie, Rachel, Misty, Andy and Stephanie; and her great grandchildren, Brandon and Dino. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
