She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph W. Trent and Judith Walls Trent; her husband Robert C. Lyons; and her siblings, Joe Trent, Ann Frith and Mary Jolly.
She is survived by: her children, Robert R. Lyons (Judy), Jane Carman (Ronnie) of Hardinsburg, KY, Barbara Adams (Don) of Louisville, KY and David Lyons (Kim) of Palm Coast, FL; her grandchildren, Betsy Gengo (Nick), Scott Lyons (Meagan), Jason Adams (Mary), Trent Adams, Carrie Carman and Annie Mahrt (Nate); and her great grandchildren, Avery, Sophie, Nicholas Gengo, Sam Lyons, Carter, Harrison Adams and Elliot Mahrt.
