He is survived by: his parents, Sylvia Dowell of Harned, KY and Kenny Mills of Ekron, KY; his brothers, Eric Mucker of McDaniels, KY and Derrick Rhinehart (Reba) of Hardinsburg, KY; his half-sister Katina Mills of Irvington, KY; his grandparents, Margaret Mucker of Hardinsburg, KY and Jerry Thomas Mucker of Louisville, KY; and his nephew Treyton Mucker.
