He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Paul and Mary Rachel Alexander Flood; and his siblings, Frances Ford, Aggie Hinton, Lorena Bland, Leo Flood, Pete Flood, Joe Paul Flood, Pat Flood, John Flood and Barbara Masterson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Frances Specht; his children, Linda Flood of Louisville, KY, Karen Dowell (Ron) of Lawrenceburg, KY, James "Doug" Flood (Randi Kay) of McQuady, KY, Karla Dowell (Byron) of Hardinsburg, KY, Lori Aldridge (Ronnie) of Frankfort, KY and Donna Flood (William Ray) of Clarksville, IN.; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Basham, Meagen Brown, Zachary, Hunter Dowell, Cody, Cassidy, Delaney Flood, Caleb, Luke, Logan Dowell, Ethan, Jaclyn, Veronica and Brooke Aldridge; his great grandchildren, Brady, Eli Basham, Callie, Ivy and Ashlyn Brown; and his siblings, Tommy Flood of Lewisport, KY. and Jenny Hinton of Hardinsburg, KY. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
