She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Owens and Mattie Lee Hamilton Owens; her husband Aloysius Louis Brown; and her siblings, Rena Douglas, Pansy Dean, Zelona Slaughter, Allen, George, Marshall and John Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Brown of Hardinsburg, KY, Regina Brown, Althea Dean of Irvington, KY, Sharon Battie of Florida and Kevin Poole of Owensboro, KY; and her great grandchild Due.
Hassie is survived by her children: Carla Brown of Hardinsburg, KY, Regina Brown and Althea Dean of Irvington, KY, Sharon Battie of Florida and Kevin Poole of Owensboro, KY 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild Due to COVID 19 restrictions, all services will be private.
