He is survived by: his wife Donna Taul Basham; his son Adam Basham of Hardinsburg, KY; his granddaughter Kaylee Shannon Basham of Bowling Green, KY; his sister-in-law Shirley Basham of Maceo, KY; and his sisters, Shirley Riley and Linda (Danny Shultz).
