He is survived by: his wife Gail Perkins of Hardinsburg, KY.; his children, Nathaniel Perkins of Hardinsburg, KY, Tamara Perkins of Ashland, KY and Tara Austin (Gary) of English, IN.; his grandchildren, Dylan Chain, Westin (Langston Perkins), Cheyenne (Eldon Austin) and Haley (Waylon Carter); and his mother-in-law Hilda Taul.
