He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper O'Reilly and Anastasia O'Donoghue O'Reilly; and his siblings, Lucille Mattingly, Mary Lillian Roberts, Pauline O'Reilly, Tom, Joe and Charlie O'Reilly.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Henning O'Reilly of Hardinsburg, KY; his children, Danny O'Reilly (Sandy) of Hardinsburg, KY, Mary O'Reilly Basham (David), Frances O'Reilly Froman (Jerry), Laura O'Reilly (Steve) and Rose O'Reilly Alexander (Bobby) of Axtel, KY; his grandchildren, Emma, Amelia Foran, Hannah, Becca O'Reilly, Adam Basham (Stephanie), Reilly O'Reilly (Maggie), Andrew Basham (Rhiannon), Luke Basham (Christy), Brittany Watson (Jessie), Daniel Stanley (Sammie), Jake Kerr (Kristin) and Morgan Alexander (Clay); and his brothers, Herbert O'Reilly and Paul O'Reilly (Anne) of Hardinsburg, KY.. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
