She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Traughber and Nannie Lou Adams Traughber; her son Christopher Carney; and her siblings, Lucy Burns, Polly Underwood, Elsie Traughber, Ellen Gilbert, Nora Garcia, Mary Traughber, Carolyn Fox, Christine Binkley, Freeman Traughber, Rayburn Traughber, Ed Traughber, Eugene Traughber and Laurence Traughber.
She is survived by: her children, Annita Ziegler, Timothy Carney, David Carney and Cynthia Akins; her brother Harold Traughber; her granddaughter Miranda Denton; her great grandchildren, Maria Whitehead and Wyatt Ziegler; and also Annita. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (112 S Main St, Cedar Hill, TN 37032).
