She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Watkins and Charlotte Bartholomew; and her brother Tony Watkins. She is survived by: her children, George Cruz of Murray, KY, Rosaria Rodriguez and Victor Rodriguez; her grandsons, Iziah Cruz and Elijah Cruz of Murray, KY; her daughter-in-law Latisha Staples; her siblings, Jody Bartley of Chicago, IL, Kim Watkins of Iowa and Scott Watkins (Kathy) of Ruskin, FL; and her half-brother Steve Watkins of Galesburg, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
