She was predeceased by: her parents, Wademan Napper and Hallie Duvall Napper; her husband Earl V. Decker; and her sister Violet Napper Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Sean Napper (Dana) of Peonia, KY, Aaron Decker (Michele) of Anneta, KY and Melissa Laslie (Terry) of McDaniels, KY; her grandchildren, Tyler and Kaitlynn Laslie of McDaniels, KY; her stepgrandchildren, Madison and Houston Schoenbachler of Peonia, KY.; and her cousin Rita Duvall.
