He is survived by: his wife Dena Phillips of Hardin; his children, Michael Phillips (Tracey) of Boaz, Natalie Taylor of Dexter and Jennifer Wyman (Matt) of Ledbetter; his sisters, Bonnie Bullard of Paducah and Dar Dalton (Dickie) of Ledbetter; his grandchildren, Ian (Samantha), Matt, Michael Alan, Josh (Liz), Hannah (Brittney), Everett and Jonah; his great grandchildren, Ava and Lydia; and his pet Blossom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
