She was predeceased by: her parents, John Whitworth and Mattie Smallwood Whitworth Lyons; her former husband Sidney Cundiff; her husband Marvin Parrish; her stepson David Parrish; her grandsons, Richard Anthony Smoot and Rodney Dwayne Powell; and her siblings, Coy, Strother Whitworth, Lena Mae Sanders, Berley Smallwood, Rosie Carmen and Kathleen Whitworth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Norma Dennis (Harlin Junior) of Cecilia, Gladys Blan (Floyd) of Cecilia, Mary Lou Farrell of Cecilia, Wanda Bunnell of Elizabethtown, Nina Hamler (John) of Elizabethtown and Martina Cundiff of Elizabethtown; her stepsons, Ronnie Parrish of Florida, Charles A. Parrish of Bedford and Vernon Parrish of Bedford; and her sister Eleanor McAtee of Elizabethtown. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
