She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Quartermouse; her parents, Howard Underwood and Lena Underwood; and her grandson Shane Owen. She is survived by: her children, Dana Hopkins (Anthony) of Lebanon Junction and Monty Quartermouse (Kim) of Shepherdsville; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Scott (Rodney), Sabrina Richardson (Blake), Logan, Jaxson and Trenten Scott.
