She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Pharris and Freda Embry Pharris; and her brother Gerald. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Fleener of Short Creek; her son Marcus A. Fleener of Short Creek; her siblings, Gary, Philip Pharris, Audrey Woodcock, Mary Ellen Lee and Lisa Smith; her aunts, Emily Juve and Betty Wilson; and her close friends, Deloris Mercer and Judy Keith.
