It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Edward Dowdy of Hardin, Kentucky, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dowdy and Dorothy Dean Dowdy (Yates). He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Dowdy (Bette) of Benton, KY, Shawn Dowdy (Melissa) of Mayfield, KY, Josh Dowdy (Kara) of Mayfield, KY and Wesley Shane Dowdy (Candace) of Gulf Shores, AL; and his siblings, Johnny Dowdy (Judy) of Nashville, TN and Kim Dowdy of Murray, KY. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
