She was predeceased by: her father Eldon Ray; and her son Joseph Duncan. She is survived by: her mother Martha Sue Bridwell Rideout (Ralph Pugh) of Hardin; her children, Kelly Haynes (Jason) of Spottsville, KY and Gary "Cooper" Bell of Henderson, KY; her stepsons, William Pugh of Providence, KY, Joshua Pugh of Olney, IL and Clint Pugh of Corydon, KY; her grandchildren, Weston Haynes and Logan Haynes; and her great grandchild Kenleigh Haynes.
