He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Shepherd and Blanche Shepherd; his wife Doris Shepherd; his son Paul Christian Shepherd; his siblings, Joyce Farris, Dough Shepherd and Danny Ray Shepherd; and his grandchild Holly Ann Shepherd Beverly.
He is survived by: his son William Alan Shepherd (Laura) of Happy, KY; his siblings, Pat Turpin of Lexington, KY, Linda Spencer of Happy, KY, Brenda Coots of Vicco, KY, Bob Shepherd of Vicco, KY and Roger Shepherd; his grandchildren, Chris Shepherd and Paige Shepherd; and his great grandchild Lyncoln Patrick Beverly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
