He is survived by: his father Paul Ray Napier Sr.; his wife Ina Napier; his children, Alexis Napier of Redfox, KY, Miya Linville of Redfox, KY, Jayden Linville of Sassafras, KY and Jermiah Linville of Sassafras, KY; his brother John Michael Napier (Sonya) of Acup, KY; his stepsister Brittany Russell of Grapevine, KY; his niece Cassandra; his nephew John Allen Napier; his aunts and uncles, Conley Napier (Wilma), James Combs, Pauline Baker, Gloria Caldwell, Paula Sumner (Danny) and Helen Combs; his stepgrandmother Geraldine Russell; and his close friend Jerry Cornett.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made directly to the funeral home towards funeral expenses.
