She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Banks and Geraldine Jewel Combs Banks; and her siblings, Coy David Banks, Elizabeth Stofer and Liddy Faye Campbell.
She is survived by: her husband Shadel Lewis; her sons, Charles Lewis of Lexington, KY, Delbert Lewis (Crystal) of Chavies, KY and John Lewis (Melissa) of Glasgow, KY; her brother Hubert Ray Banks II (Susan) of Vicco, KY; and her grandchildren, Shaylin Lewis and Elizabeth Browning.
