She is survived by: her children, Donna Stump (Shawn) of Salt Lick, KY, Paula Lewis (Randy) of Owingsville, KY, Marty Lewis (Missy) of Happy, KY, Karl Lewis of Happy, KY and Paul Lewis (Amber) of Happy, KY; and her siblings, John Sumner of Scuddy, KY and Esse Erskine of Cynthiana. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
