He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Charles F. Ashby; his wife Bettie Ashby; his children, Rodney Ashby (Marilyn) of Hanson and Ronda Foster (Barry) of Hanson; his siblings, Donald Ashby (Helen) of Evansville, IN and Mae Klabis of Warren, MI; and his granddaughters, Sierra Sargent (Stephen) of Shepherdsville, KY, Sydney Foster of Hanson and Ashley Johnson (Tony) of Nortonville, KY. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
