Cates; his wife Jessica Davis Cates; his children, Alexis Mayberry (Cody) of Madisonville and Justin Cates of Hanson; and his siblings, Farrah Cates Thornton (Wes) of Lexington, KY, Jason Cates (Kelley) of Hanson and Rick Cates (Paula) of Lanesville, IN.
