He is survived by: his wife Margaret Elaine Putty of Anton, KY; his daughter Chrissy Bryant (Jason) of Madisonville, KY; his brother Ferrell Reager (Frankie) of Madisonville, KY; his brothers-in-law, Ricky and Mark Allen; and his caregivers, Damien, Octavia, Jasmine and Destiny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
