He was predeceased by: his father Joe Allen Attebury. He is survived by: his mother Pamela Kay Sexton Attebury of Hanson; his former wife Moryla Attebury; his children, Jessica and Matthew Flener (Danielle); and his siblings, Amy Ray of Madisonville, Lori Attebury of White Plains, KY, Nathan Attebury (Holly) of Hanson, Allen Attebury of Evansville, IN, Jimmie Joe Attebury (Crystal) of Fairfield, IL and Shelly Miller of Carmi, IL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven nieces and nephews.
