He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Lois Crawford Stevenson and Lyle Ray Stevenson. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Janet Tippett Stevenson; his children, John Lyle Stevenson of Hanson, KY and Christina Jo Gatlin (Brian) of Scottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Brittany Jade Lloyd (Seth) of Bowling Green, KY, Briana Joelle Himes of Bowling Green, KY, Justin Lyle Stevenson of Bowling Green, KY and Megan Nicole Stevenson of Mortons Gap, KY; his great grandchildren, Hannah Faith Butler (Elijah) of Bowling Green, Sioux Jackson Clark of Gilbert, AZ, Clint Jackson Hunter of Mortons Gap, KY and Asher Johnathon Himes of Bowling Green; his siblings, Linda Boyce, Gary Stevenson of Nebraska and Roger Stevenson of Nebraska; and his horse Dusty. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
