He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Donald Rhodes and Lillian Fowler Rhodes; his wife Lisa; his daughters, Megan Williams (Phil) and Amber Chinn (Sam); and his grandsons, Maxwell Jude Chinn and Beck Taylor Chinn. He was also cherished by four brothers, two sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
